Labor and Birth Support Services

  • On-call doula support availability – After you sign the contract, you will have access to me anytime. I will be on call 24/7 from week 37 until the birth of your baby. I’m here to help you make informed decisions about your birth. I’m also here to support you emotionally as well as physically and mentally.
  • Prenatal – We will do three to five prenatal visits to prepare you for labor and postpartum. We will discuss: education -based information on childbirth options, stages of labor, pain management techniques, and fears, expectation and hopes.
  • Labor and Birth support – Comfort measures, Emotional support, positioning, movement etc.
    creating a peaceful environment.
  • Advocacy – I will help you communicate your preferences to the birthing team. I will do my best
    to make sure you voice is heard. This is your birth
